No automated decisions or profiling take place. This site is not intended for anyone under 18.
3. How long we keep your data
- Enquiries and bookings: for as long as the conversation lasts and at most two years after the last contact if no engagement follows.
- Clients: for the duration of the professional relationship and afterwards for the period required by tax and commercial law.
- Analytics: as described in the Cookie policy.
4. Who receives your data
Your data is not shared with third parties unless required by law. The following providers process data on the controller’s behalf to deliver the service:
- Hostinger: website hosting, with servers in the European Union.
- Google (Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet and Google Analytics): email, meetings and analytics.
- Calendly: meeting bookings.
- WhatsApp (Meta): only if you choose to get in touch via WhatsApp.
Some of these providers (Google, Calendly, Meta) may process data outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to benavent.rocio@gmail.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.
If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures protect your data, including encrypted connections (https), restricted access and backups.
